The founding partners were colleagues in of the former law firm, Roestoff Attorneys. The passing of Mr Jaco Roestoff gave rise to Strydom Rabie Inc with our logo symbolising a phoenix rising from the ashes.

Susan Strydom
Director
Susan is a fast-thinking attorney, conveyancer and notary. In her spare time, Susan enjoys relaxing and walking with her numerous rescue pugs and Alsatian. A homebody at heart, she enjoys cooking with family.
Susan has strong interpersonal skills and has the ability to tailor a legal solution to her client’s needs. With a never-say-die attitude, Susan always goes the extra mile for her client with no obstacle too big to overcome. Susan has a strong sense of justice, which motivates her through her daily work. Further, Susan’s steadfast attitude ensures that she “fights the fight” until the job is done.

Jacqueline Rabie
Director
Jacqueline is the embodiment of “dynamite comes in small packages”.
She has experience in diverse fields, which proves her ambition, drive, and versatility. She has previously worked as a chef, a bridal consultant and even a horse trainer before opting to focus on law. In addition, Jacqueline’s two decades as a gymnast taught her discipline and the value of hard work.
Jacqueline values integrity, honesty, and ethics, in both her professional and personal capacity. She has a practical and resourceful approach to life and work which renders her an invaluable asset to our firm. Her unique brand of positivity is infectious and allows her to overcome challenges and obstacles with ease.

Senior Associate
Ian obtained vast experience in the collection industry as panel attorney for major banks and financing institutions. He furthered his studies in advanced insolvency litigation and developed a niche for commercial based recoveries and insolvency law.
Ian has a practical approach and an eye for detail. His technical skills and broad knowledge of the agricultural and industrial industries have made him an attractive option for clients.

Karlien Oosthuizen
Attorney
Karlien loves the outdoors, especially if she can reconnect with her inner self
on horseback. She is passionate about spending time with her family and occasionally
spends time on the shooting range.

will to overcome every obstacle in her path. She strives to build and improve herself

Rouxlinda is a first-year candidate attorney hailing from Potchefstroom. She is family oriented with an adventurous spirit. On weekends she finds herself at open air markets where she thrives in the festive atmosphere. She appreciates nature and going on historical outings.
Rouxlinda has a quirky and considerate demeanour. She is enthusiastic about establishing lasting relationships and constantly puts others’ needs before her own.

Kylé plays an indispensable role in our firm.

Llewellyn is the in-house jester! He has the ability to bring a light and uplifting atmosphere to the firm. Llewellyn is always willing to lend helping hand. Additionally, he is in all round handy-man, whilst being remarkably artistic.
Llewellyn enjoys meeting new people, has a keen adoration for animals and is a real “go-getter”!
